C.D Glin

C.D. Glin, currently serving as President of the PepsiCo Foundation and Global Head of Philanthropy for PepsiCo. He will oversee the Foundation’s strategic direction toward a more sustainable food system through the PepsiCo Foundation’s three core pillars Food Security, Safe Water Access, and Economic Opportunity. Glin also serves as President and CEO of the U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF), an Africa-focused philanthropic organization established by Congress to invest grant capital, build capacity, and scale locally owned, sustainable solutions for underserved and agricultural-dependent populations. Prior to USADF, Glin was an Associate Director in Nairobi, Kenya, at The Rockefeller Foundation. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President, Business Development at PYXERA Global, a non-profit development consulting firm, an independent economic development and community engagement consultant based in Lagos and Kano, Nigeria, and served as one of the first Peace Corps Volunteers in South Africa. He earned a BA from Howard University a Master’s Certificate in Business Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, and a Master’s level Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford in the UK. He also completed the Leadership for Senior Executives Program at Harvard Business School.
