Deana began her career as a public relations specialist at Hirons 23 years ago and immediately assumed an upward trajectory, serving in various account leadership roles. She currently serves as the first female chief operating officer in the agency’s 44-year history. In her role as COO, Deana manages all company operations including business development, growth and strategic planning while continuing to serve as a senior adviser on key accounts. Deana serves on several boards including the Indy Chamber and Central Indiana Women’s Business Center and is an active member of the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
