Kathy George

Kathy George serves as the Executive Vice President at Spherion Staffing & Recruiting (Spherion). In this position, Kathy oversees the network of franchise owners and provides guidance to the Senior Vice Presidents of Spherion. Her notable achievements include the brand’s Sales Enablement initiative, where she provides industry insight for franchisees, and Spherion’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) group. Kathy prides herself in the ability to solve tough problems, while providing guidance to franchisees and corporate members. She has expertise in a variety of areas that play a part in her role, including client and employee communication, recruitment, staffing and many more.
