Sonal Sheth Zawahri

Sonal Sheth Zawahri is an award-winning Author, Strategist Trainer, and Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coach. She holds a B.S. degree from Miami University and an M.S. degree from Ohio State University and has recently been awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award through Women & Hi Tech. As an EI strategist, Sonal empowers individuals to step into ACTION & develop the MINDSET they need to STRETCH & create the life they want! She teaches individuals and teams how to use EI to build confidence, cultivate & strengthen leadership skills, nurture effective communication & foster Inclusive cultures. She designs & delivers Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging training for teams such as Roche, Eli Lilly, Ronald McDonald House, SHRM, PM Institute of IN & Chicago, Ivy Tech community college and many others.
