Tracy E. Barnes

Tracy Barnes currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the State of Indiana and Co-chair of the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity.  He also serves on the Executive Committee for the National Association of State CIO’s working to improve technology operations and policy across the nation. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Butler University and a Master of Science in Law with a focus on Cybersecurity Law from the University of Maryland Baltimore.  Tracy also obtained a certificate from the Dartmouth University Tuck Diversity Business Program focused on Building a High Performing Minority Business.
