Juan Guzman

Juan Guzman serves as the strategic leader across the IU Health Indianapolis Suburban Region (IU Health North Hospital, IU Health Saxony Hospital, IU Health Tipton Hospital & IU Health West Hospital) for the Musculoskeletal (Orthopedics & Spine) and Oncology Services Lines, responsible for the development of the long-term vision and its execution across the care continuum.
His career highlights include leading the development and successful approval of an $83 million investment to expand IU Health West Hospital. He nurtures his love of education by serving as a mentor with Indianapolis-based Starfish Initiative and participated in the Indiana Latino Institute Leadership Circle, a two-year program that identifies and mentors emerging Latino leaders by connecting them with community professionals.
