Stephanie Kim

CAO & President, Telamon Corporation & Telamon Robotics

Stephanie Kim is the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) at Telamon Corporation and the President of Telamon Robotics. She is currently responsible for developing a new line of business, Telamon Robotics, along with overseeing the Telamon Foundation, marketing and brand management for all business units, and a multitude of corporate initiatives. Prior to her role as CAO, she served as Telamon’s President of Telecom Solutions.

Under her leadership, that division contributed significantly to the growth of Telamon’s Revenues and EBITDA, reaching a top 3 year in Telamon’s performance since inception, and performed assembly, distribution, and integration services for leading telecommunications firms in the United States. In previous roles at Telamon, Stephanie managed the Wireless Handset Repair Operation in Kunshan, China, and has worked Purchasing, and Supply Chain Operations. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Upon graduation, she moved to Texas and began her telecommunications career with GTE, now part of Verizon Communications, in Dallas, Texas. She then returned to school and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Stephanie grew up in the Indianapolis area, graduated from Carmel High School, and was inducted into Carmel High School’s Alumni Hall of Fame in 2019-20.

She was honored as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2010 Forty under 40 and was featured in the June 2010 issue of Indianapolis Woman magazine. Stephanie is a devoted community servant. She sits on several boards and volunteers for non-profit organizations including Civic Theatre, Carmel Clay Public Library, Newfields, the 2024 NBA All Star Game, Visit Indy and The United Way of Central Indiana. She also enjoys Pilates, tennis, golf and worship at Orchard Park Presbyterian Church. Stephanie is married and has a fourteen year-old daughter, Katherine, and a twelve year-old son, Ashton.
