The Top 50 Minority Executives Making Moves is an annual list by the Minority Business Review, highlighting executives of color who are excelling in their fields and are making a valuable impact.

Individuals selected for the 2024 list have shown exemplary leadership and achievement in their careers and continue to inspire others. The selection team was tasked with highlighting executives of color across the spectrum of industry, age, and background. This list is a snippet of the excellence in our midst and so many more names are deserving. Far too often when we think of leaders or executives to highlight, the default is to seek leaders popular across mainstream media.

This list of Top 50 Minority Executives Making Moves went deeper. You will find names you may have never heard before, and some names you know but more importantly, you will find leaders who are making a mark in their industry, community, and across the United States. These leaders deserve our recognition and support. It is our hope that you will look around you in your own cities, and states for names that need should be on this list.
