Stephanie Rawlings-Blake serves as the Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Foundation. In this role, Rawlings-Blake is responsible for the strategic vision and management of the NBPA Foundation, which distributes millions in grants to organizations around the world.Rawlings-Blake’s scope at the Foundation is rooted in a commitment to driving strategic growth and achieving purposeful impact through philanthropy. Central to her work are her exceptional skills in fostering strategic partnerships across external and internal partners.
