Joy E. Joy is the founder of the Six Sigma Racial Equity institute, an innovative nonprofit organization designed to upskill Black women to apply Six Sigma strategies to tackle inequities that adversely impact the Black Community. The vision for this premier Institute emerged from her passion for equity and her strong desire to empower women. Joy is the author of a Purpose A Shift from Driving It to Embracing It, Purpose Shift Journal – Healing with Nature and The Optimist 5 Steps to Sustainable Success for Women. Joy is married, has two sons, and enjoys speaking, gardening, painting, and traveling.
