Stephen M. Mills, MBA is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of AQIWO, Inc. Stephen is not just an Entrepreneur, but an “Indianpreneur.” As a Native American Chumash of North Central California, he is an advocate for Native American affairs and Commerce. He understands the value of teamwork, humility, giving back to those who move a vision forward, and celebrating and appreciating achievement. Although AQIWO has many engagements with government clients, Stephen has also operated in international circles. Prior to founding AQIWO, Stephen completed a 15-year career in the private sector and served as a professional consultant and project manager for Deloitte,MCI WorldCom, and Cherokee Information Services. Stephen earned his BA in Political Science from the University of California – Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana
