Criseli Saenz is the diversity, equity, and inclusion manager at Omnicom Group, as well as a program director for the non-profit ADCOLOR. Saenz has many professional and personal goals for her future, which range from owning her dream house to opening a DIY shop for small business owners of color to getting promoted to an executive role. With 7+ years of experience, Criseli has garnered professional acclaim from across the nation and is tauted as one of the most diverse, creative and talented individuals in Advertising, Marketing, Media, PR, Tech and Entertainment. She can play two instruments, and has a passion for writing and traveling, and in her spare time she volunteers at her local church as a Vocalist, Project Manager and Service Producer.
