- How did you initially break into the fitness industry?
I have always been into fitness. I was a 3 sport athlete in middle and high school. I tried several different group classes over the years trying to find my nitch. I was introduced by my sister-in-law to a bounce class over 10 years ago. I immediately fell in love with how different it was from anything I had ever done. Over the years my boys often went to class with me and they became interested as well. I got licensed in the Kids Discovery program 5yrs ago and soon after for adults. My love for Bounce evolved once I was able to put my own style to it.
