Combing through profiles of several minority executives, it was comforting to know the United States is not lacking in talent, however, the road to equitable representation has a long way to go. The selection team was tasked with highlighting executives of color across the spectrum of industry, age, and background.

Far too often when we think of leaders or executives to highlight, the default is to seek leaders popular across mainstream media. This list of Top 50 Minority Executives Making Moves went deeper.
